Calling All Animal Lovers!

fawns212.14.15 owlPhoto 5The volunteers at O.W.R.C. are dedicated and compassionate. You make friends fast (both human and animal alike) and gain a ton of wonderful and amazing experiences. The reward of being able to help save injured or orphaned animals stays with you for a lifetime. We at O.W.R.C. have been a bit shorthanded this summer, and we could really use some extra hands around the place. If you’re at all interested in volunteering with us, we would love to hear from you. Please feel free to call our office manager, Amber at (410)-326-0937 or email her at ambermaelococo@gmail.com to learn more about how to become a volunteer!

Event Announcement: Annual 5k Run Fundraiser

We are currently planning our annual 5k to raise funds to maintain our operation. In 2014, our expenses went up 12% while our income decreased 7%. We’re currently looking for sponsors to help finance this event. In return, sponsors will have their names printed on the event’s t-shirts and flyers. We’re also looking for donations to go in the goody bags that all participants will receive (such as coupons, gift certificates, etc.). This is a great opportunity to promote your business while helping us help the animals! The event will be on Memorial Day, Monday May 25th, 2015. If interested, please contact Doc at 410-326-0937.

If you’re interested in running/jogging/walking in the 5k, stay tuned for registration information!
