If you have found an animal and it needs emergency care, please call rather than e-mail! We may not see your e-mail in time!

Admissions: 8am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. All other times are for emergencies and by appointment only.

Note: Please understand that because we are a volunteer-run facility, we lack the time and man power required to physically retrieve most of the animals we receive calls about. We greatly depend on you, the public, to bring the animals to us. When that’s not possible or it is unsafe for you to do so, we partner with our friends Dave and Shannon at Gentle Hands Animal Removal (301-672-3191) to safely transport the wildlife to us for treatment. We are located at 12199 Bonanza Trail, Lusby MD 20657.

Interested in becoming a volunteer or donating materials to the organization? Find more information here or send an e-mail to our office manager, Amber at!
